Appointment Policy

If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, we do require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be considered a NO SHOW and you will be charged for your service. 


If you NO SHOW for a scheduled appointment, then you will be charged for the missed service.  

We offer e-mail and text message reminders. If you choose not to receive one of these, you are still responsible for your appointment.

Payment must be received for a missed service before another service will be booked.  If future appointments are already booked, then they will be cancelled until payment is received.  

Please show up to your appointment 
10 minutes before your scheduled start time. This will give you time to choose your color or design. Services must START on time. Picking out a color for 15 minutes is Not part of your service time. Your service will be shortened if you are late.


New clients booking Full Sets will be required to put down a 50% deposit in order to secure an appointment.
