How do I book an appointment?

All appointments are booked online through our Vagaro booking system. Visit our booking page, select your service, choose your nail artist, and pick a time that works for you. We do not accept walk-ins — all services are by appointment only.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No — we are an appointment-only salon. This allows us to give every client our full, undivided attention and ensure your artist has everything prepared for your specific service. Please book online in advance.

Question 3

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend appointments or if you have a preferred artist. Popular time slots fill up quickly, so the earlier you book, the better your chances of getting your first choice.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand that life happens — please just give us as much notice as possible so we can offer your slot to another guest.

Can I request a specific nail artist?

Absolutely! When booking online, you can select your preferred artist. Each of our technicians has a unique specialty and skill level — visit our Meet Your Nail Artist page to learn more about each team member and find the best fit for your goals.

What if I'm running late?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you're running behind. Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, as we want to respect the time of the clients booked after you.

What services do you offer?

We specialize in structured gel manicures and hard gel extensions. We do not offer traditional acrylic services, dip powder, or regular polish manicures. Our focus on gel allows us to deliver the highest quality results with the best products available.

What is the difference between your pricing levels?

Our pricing reflects the experience level of your nail artist: Expert (most experienced, highest pricing), Advanced (mid-level experience), and Entry (newer artists building their portfolio at lower prices). All levels use the same high-quality products and are held to the same standards.

Do you offer nail art?

Yes! Many of our artists offer nail art as an add-on to your service. However, nail art designs require pre-approval — please send your inspiration photos through our booking system or contact us before your appointment so your artist can confirm they can accommodate your request.

Do you offer pedicures?

At this time, we focus exclusively on nail services for the hands. We do not currently offer pedicures. This allows our team to specialize deeply in structured gel and extensions and deliver exceptional results.

How long does a typical appointment take?

A structured gel manicure typically takes 60–90 minutes. A full set of gel extensions can take 90–120 minutes, depending on the complexity of your service and any nail art additions. We recommend allowing a little extra time for your first visit.

What products do you use?

We use professional-grade hard gel products from trusted industry brands. We do not use MMA (methyl methacrylate) or low-quality products. Our commitment to premium materials means better adhesion, longer wear, and healthier nails over time.

Are your tools sanitized between clients?

Absolutely. We follow strict sanitation protocols between every client. All reusable tools are properly disinfected, and single-use items are disposed of after each appointment. Your health and safety are our top priority.

Can I get services if I have thin or damaged nails?

Structured gel is actually a great option for clients with thin or weak nails, as it adds strength and protection. However, if your nails are severely damaged, we may recommend a consultation first to determine the best course of action for your nail health.

Do you use e-files (electric drills)?

Yes, our technicians are trained in the safe use of e-files. When used correctly by a skilled technician, e-files are efficient and safe. We never use them aggressively or in ways that could damage the natural nail.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

Come with clean, polish-free nails if possible. Avoid cutting or filing your nails beforehand — your technician will shape them as part of the service. If you have inspiration photos, bring them or have them ready on your phone. Arrive a few minutes early for your first visit.

I currently have product on my nails from another salon. Can you still see me?

Yes, but please let us know when booking so we can allocate extra time for removal. We charge a removal fee for product applied elsewhere, as it takes additional time and care to safely remove another salon's work.
