Starting Your Career?
If you're newly licensed, we'll help you make the transition from school to working confidently behind the desk.
You'll be paid hourly from the beginning, including the time you spend training, practicing, attending meetings, and building your clientele. You won't be expected to walk in with a full book or figure everything out on your own.
Your first priority is developing the speed, consistency, confidence, and client experience skills that create a strong foundation for a successful career. As your skills and performance grow, you'll have a clear path to advance through our technician levels and increase your earning potential.

Experienced nail technicians may qualify for a higher starting wage based on their technical skill, timing, experience, and existing clientele.
As part of the interview process, we'll invite you to a hands-on audition. This gives us an opportunity to see your work and gives you a chance to experience our salon, meet the team, and see how we work.
We're not looking for everyone to arrive knowing our exact techniques. We're looking for strong fundamentals, professionalism, and someone who is open to learning how we do things at Heather's.
